We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to oversee the product development of a loan origination and loan servicing platform. They will be handling all technical product specifications from business requirements to conceptual design through implementation. The Technical Product Manager will drive the product alignment with all core business units and external development groups. Experience with financial services products is a must, hands on experience developing loan origination and servicing platforms is a must.

 

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a product manager or a technical product manager

• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a product owner / business analyst- writing user stories and managing a backlog 

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing and facilitating large scale software development projects

• Experience in presenting and explaining product management, agile methodologies, and coaching techniques to stakeholders

• Experience building and shipping technical product specifications including: Workflow diagrams, data schemas, development tickets

• Experience with agile and scrum frameworks (Agile, Scrum) and software (JIRA, Confluence, Trello etc.) 

• Experience with developing product elements and toolsets

• Experience with lending systems and workflows (Loan origination systems, Loan servicing systems, Portfolio management systems)

• Experience designing modern architecture patterns including API and micro services architectures

• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, EBS, S3, ELB, Lamda) 

• Familiarity with modern CRM and ERP platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite 

• Computer science degree or equivalent work experience
